FAQ

Your Questions Answered

How much tea should I use per serving?

We recommend starting with 1 heaped teaspoon per standard cup and then adjusting as needed. One of the many perks of using loose leaf is the custom nature of it, you can use as much or as little as you like depending on your personal taste!

Why does my green tea taste bitter?

When brewing any green tea it is important to make sure that your water isn't too hot. This scolds the tea leaves causing them to turn bitter. Leave your kettle for 3-4 minutes to cool before brewing any green tea to avoid this problem

Yes! All of our teas are suitable for vegetarians. However not all of our teas are vegan friendly as some contain honey. You can find a full list of ingredients for each tea at the bottom of their description.
